Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends are processed the following business day.

Yes. Standard shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders over $125. Orders under $125 ship for a flat $5.95.

Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for $14 and typically arrives within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Every Sunara order includes tracking. You’ll receive your tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

Sunara currently ships within the United States. International shipping will be introduced in the future.

Our pieces are created using materials including 18k gold vermeil, recycled 925 sterling silver, pearls, diamonds and gemstones. We work with both natural and lab-grown materials depending on the design.

A little thoughtful care can help preserve your jewelry’s beauty and finish. Keep pieces away from prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals, and store them carefully when they’re not being worn.

Gold vermeil can naturally change in appearance with wear. How quickly this happens varies depending on how often a piece is worn, how it is cared for, and its exposure to moisture, cosmetics and other substances.

Eligible pieces may be returned in accordance with our return policy. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
