These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sunara website and purchases made through Sunara. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to present our jewelry accurately, including product descriptions, materials, measurements and photography.
The appearance of colors, finishes and proportions may vary depending on your screen or device.
Natural materials, including certain gemstones and pearls, may display individual variations in color, markings, shape and appearance. These variations are part of the individual character of the material.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change from time to time.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.
Sunara may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or product availability.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Shipping
Sunara currently ships within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends are processed the following business day.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping typically arrives within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside Sunara's reasonable control.

Returns
Eligible returns are governed by the return policy displayed on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returned merchandise must meet the conditions specified in that policy to qualify for a refund.
